- Wendy marchand - Read it and lose itMy husband and I put on a few pounds this winter and decided to try this book. We both lost weight right away, I ended up with a total of 13 lbs and he lost over 20. It takes a week or so to get used to this new way of eating but we have kept with it and are continuing to eat a modified version of the diet even after we finished. I totally recommend it if you have a hard time getting your weight to budge.
