- Patrick N. - Amazing albumThis is the only review I've written on Amazon and it might be the last, but after reading the editorial review of this album I had to disagree with the writer. I love Pink Floyd, and of the eleven Pink Floyd albums I own, this album is my favorite to listen to straight through, uninterrupted. Every single song is wonderful and affecting. I can't believe that anybody could listen to the soaring, dream-like "Marooned" for instance, and still describe the guitar work as 'uninspired' -- it practically puts me in a trance! Along with Comfortably Numb it might be my favorite Pink Floyd song. "Keep Talking" and "High Hopes" are also highlights, but the whole album is excellent. I highly recommend The Division Bell, along with the more traditionally heralded Pink Floyd albums (DSotM, The Wall, etc.) - you won't be disappointed.
