He had another patient who had tried it with great improvement. I was so sick that I was ready to try anything to feel healthy again. This is an change of eating habbits that you can't cheat on!!! But after a month it seems normal and you feel much better. The recipes are easy to follow and most are pretty good. I have been a registered nurse for over 22 years and this book is highly recomended.

Buy the 42 count on subcription at Amazon and you will save nearly half of buying at the pharmacy and you will never run out. (I don't work for Amazon or Align) Next, it takes 4 months to work totally but, in my experience and according to my doctor, if you take it every single day without fail it will work. My old doctor diagnosed Irritable Bowel several years ago and all he gave me was Hillbilly Heroine for the pain. Nothing for the diarrhea, constipation and stomach upset. Then 2 years ago I started having fits of vomitting every two weeks. After all the medical test ever invented finding me completely healthy the doctor told me to see a psychiatrist because it was all in my head. Thankfully, I found a new doctor that said "they don't make a medication that will help you". He told me all about my symptoms and then about Align (and also Papaya Enzyme tablets). I started that day (6 months ago) and still had a couple of bouts but have been totally symptom free for more than 2 months now. No vomitting, no diarrhea, no pain and cramping - nothing. I know everyone is different and it may not be for everybody but this worked like a dream for me. I couldn't be more pleased. You will never know if you don't give it a try (for 4 months).
Lady Wolf - Glow in the Dark version fights off demonsI received my first 3 Wolf Moon shirt approximately a year ago, and was a bit dubious about it's claimed "powers". However, the moment I put it on, I felt stronger, more intimditaing, and certainly more magical/omnipotent/confident/wizard-like. I finally mastered my double back-handspring flying switch kick attack, and developed some unheard-of glowstick nunchuck skills. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunate in some ways, my 3 Wolf Moon shirt was stolen by a (clearly) jealous, feeble-minded lost soul in need of the wolf powers with which this shirt is endowed. I then purchased the glow-in-the-dark version of this shirt, and have never looked back. There was once a time while wearing this shirt that I was approached by a smallish, yet still intimidating, coven of demons. The glow power in combination with the wolf-y presence of my shirt repelled the forces and allowed me enough time to break my glowsticks into activation, and then nunchuck them into the ground, at which point I delivered a killing blow with my back pocket holy-water-infused-American Flag demon stake.

Thomas C. Lemm - Great grill for patiosBegan using the Patio Bistro electric infrared on the balcony of our lake condo (open flames are banned) over the holiday weekend. Have cooked chicken, wood planked fish, and steaks. Seems very similar to a gas grill except you do lose some heat when opening the cover. Heated up to 550 F in less than 15 minutes. Food taste is much better than I expected - just a good as our Weber Genesis gas grill at home - some smoking even without wood chips. Assembly took almost an hour, but not bad - everything fit together as described.
