What's not to love about QuickBooks Pro 2012? I like the fact that they didn't change it so you have to re-learn the whole program. I had a great deal of trouble installing it but called Tech.Support and they connected to my computer via remote access, took over and finished the install. All I had to do was sit back & watch. Sometimes the tech support is just as valuable as the program! I'm happy.

Excellent reference book and a real asset for the medical transcriptionist. I use it all the time to verify spellings and dosages.
