- Wendy D. - Plod over dull, gray rocks.Wore these on a 13 hour hike where I plodded on dull, gray rocks for hours and did not falter once. Encountered unrestrained mules with ass-like behavior -- but to be fair, it seemed they'd never encountered a woman before. Only downside: never had to actually use the "running" feature of this running shoe.
- P&C - On The Road to WellnessI came across this book by a (so-called) fluke although in reality--it is a timely answer to a 32 yr-old prayer. I read the book with great enthusiasm because my current doctor had put me on an elimination diet to detoxify my liver. No sooner had he done this than my skin began to clear up. When I read this book, the author says that many people initially find relief to psoriasis when their doctors put them on elimination diets for other reasons. Thus the undisputable proof that diet and nutrition have everything to do with your health. When I finished the book, I gave it to my doctor who was extremely open to its suggestions. We immediately put 2 or 3 of the book's suggestions to work in addition to what I was already doing. Even though we are in the middle of winter (the worst time of year for the psioratic), my skin continues to clear and is soft and supple. I have since told everyone I know who suffers with this skin disorder, about this book. Please, please--give this book a chance. Improvements are generally noticed within 6-8 weeks. You need to give your skin a chance to heal underneath and then make its way to the surface where you will eventually see it. The first thing I noticed was that it stopped spreading! Diet is rather strict while the skin is healing--then you can play around with what works for you and more importantly, what doesn't. In the meantime, stop eating tomatoes, white potatoes, eggplant, peppers of any kind (except black pepper), vinegar and alcohol--and if you smoke, either quit or cut down to 3-4 cigarettes a day. Tobacco is a "nightshade" and exceptionally toxic to the psioratic. Increase your fruits and vegetables. No red meat (including pork). Limit all dairy products to nonfat or 1% milk fat, and even then, limit your consumption. And (obviously) limit or eliminate sugar. Cut out gluten products (pasta, breads, cakes and cereals). Take a tablespoon of flaxseed oil each morning and evening--and also two capsules of Omega 3 fish oil capsules, both morning and evening. Keep flaxseed oil in refrigerator and Omega 3 fish oil caps in freezer. These few guidelines will get you started until you can read this book. Sounds like alot, but clear skin will be worth it!

It was buried under hundreds of thousands of resumes of other qualified women. But today, was my day! Mittens Romney used magic math to create 12 million new jobs and guess who got one of them? ME! I got one of them. Now, as a lady, I won't make as much as the men who are employed at my company. I understand that though. I have to have a flexible schedule so I can make dinner for my husband, rub his feet, do his laundry, and other wifely duties ;-)That means I often have to leave early so I can make sure the crock pot doesn't run for too long. I also have to take time off once a month because of the vapors, not because I can't work but because my boss tells me he can't stand my crying.

Firstly, it captures really beautiful photos!
It has plenty of settings that allow you to adjust whatever you want. Yet, it takes nice photos even with minimal adjuments.
The menu is so rich but easy to comprehend and navigate to.
The camera's and lens' sizes are smaller than DSLR counterparts and this is really welcomed! Nevertheless, its size and grip are lovely for the amateur or the enthusiast photographer.
The package comes at really attractive prices now that G6 is out in the market. And you do not miss much compared to that.
I also added an Olympus 45mm 1.8 lens which is so small in size but takes so beautiful night or background-blurred photographs.
Highly recommended camera for all types of photographers! - Grandma Pearle "..." - Works on daughter's breakoutsMy 19- year old daughter gets breakouts on her chin and around her lips. One time she also had a cold sore on her bottom lip and when I put the Abbreva on it, I thought "what the heck?" and put it on her face as well.
We were astonished to see her acne-like face breakouts disappear within 2 days.
I'm guessing that what we had been calling "acne" or "zits" was neither -- it was a virus the whole time causing her face to break out. Now, whenever her face starts to breakout we put Abreva on it and it clears up fast. Who knew?
